We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh using Pathao courier, with live tracking on every order.
Charges & timeline
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
Delivery charge: Pathao's price for your address
At checkout you pay for the products only. When we book your parcel, Pathao prices the delivery for your address and parcel. We email and text you your Pathao tracking ID — the tracking page shows the delivery charge — and you pay it to the Pathao rider with your products when the parcel arrives. Nothing to send in advance for delivery, inside or outside Dhaka.
Paid for your products by bKash or bank? Then the rider collects only the delivery charge.
Payment
Pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash send money, or City Bank QR transfer. Wallet and bank transfers are confirmed by our team before dispatch. For high-value or pre-order items we may request a partial advance — we'll confirm with you first.
Order confirmation
After you place an order our team confirms it by phone/WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.
