Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the parcel and product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Please record an unboxing video — it's the fastest way to approve a claim.
• Diecast models are collectibles; minor factory paint/detail variations are not defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued via bKash or the original payment method within 3–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
