Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone/WhatsApp before dispatch and reserve the right to cancel an order (with full refund of any advance) if an item is unavailable or details can't be verified.
Pricing & stock
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. Stock is limited; occasionally an item may sell out after you order — we'll inform you and offer an alternative or refund.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and bKash. For pre-orders or high-value items we may require a partial advance, confirmed with you first.
Delivery & returns
Delivery is via Pathao courier — see our Delivery Information and Return & Refund Policy.
Products
Diecast models are collectible items; minor factory variations in paint or detail are normal and not considered defects.
